Returns/ Exchanges
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To initiate a return, please email us as soon as possible after receiving your order at kerri@threerainbowshandmade.co.uk
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also require proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). If your item is faulty we will offer to refund or exchange it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the outcome of the return after the item has been inspected.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of days it takes to receive your refund depends on your card provider.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
